There are multiple convenient ways to unlock! You can use your fingerprint for a quick touch-to-open, enter a passcode, unlock remotely via the mobile app, and it also supports IC cards and a backup mechanical key. There's an option for every member of your family, saying goodbye to the hassle of lost keys.

Yes, it's highly sensitive. The lock uses a high-sensitivity semiconductor fingerprint sensor with a large recognition area and a speed of less than 0.5 seconds. For elderly people and children with faint fingerprints, registering the same fingerprint multiple times can improve accuracy, making it user-friendly for the whole family.

Don't worry at all. Firstly, the lock will give you a low-battery warning well in advance. If the battery is completely drained, you can use a standard power bank to temporarily power the lock via the emergency power port located below the keypad. Alternatively, you can always use the backup mechanical key.

This is easily solved with the mobile app. You can generate a "One-time Password" or a "Time-sensitive Password" and send it to them. The password will expire after a single use or after a set period, offering both convenience and security without you needing to be there.

We have a "Virtual Password" feature. You can input any random numbers before and after your correct password. As long as the correct sequence is entered consecutively within the random numbers, the lock will recognize it and open. This effectively prevents security risks from shoulder surfing.
