- Order Management: Allowing users to browse, purchase, place orders, track orders, and access after-sales services.
- Technical Support: Offering basic product usage guidance, installation assistance, and troubleshooting support related to our Products.
Please Note: This Site serves as an online platform for product sales and information. It does not constitute a binding offline service contract unless expressly agreed in writing.

1. Product Information: Product images, descriptions, specifications, and pricing on this Site are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly due to product updates, supply chain changes, or display errors. The final product delivered will prevail.
2. Pricing & Payment:
- Prices are listed on the Site and include tax where applicable. Payment can be made using major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, and other payment methods available at checkout.
- Prices do not include shipping fees, which are calculated based on your delivery address, package weight, and shipping method (shown at checkout). Some promotions may offer free shipping (subject to terms).
3. Order Placement & Cancellation:
- After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Orders are processed after payment is completed.
- If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation through your account or by contacting customer service. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.
4. Inventory Availability: Certain popular products may be temporarily out of stock. We strive to keep inventory information up to date, but discrepancies may occur due to system delays. In such cases, we will notify you and offer alternatives (e.g., a refund or product substitution).
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Coverage: We ship to most countries and regions worldwide (availability may vary by address). Remote or rural areas may incur additional shipping fees.
- Delivery Timeframe: We aim to ship your order within 7–14 business days after your order is confirmed and payment is completed (excluding holidays). Actual delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier.
- Receiving & Inspection: Please inspect your package upon delivery for any visible damage, missing items, or errors. If any issues are found, refuse the package or contact us immediately with proof of delivery. Once you sign for the package, the condition of the external packaging is considered accepted. For internal issues, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with supporting evidence.
5. Returns, Refunds & After-Sales Service
1. Return & Refund Conditions:

If you receive a product that has a functional defect, quality issue, or is significantly different from your order, you may contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a free replacement product— you do not need to return the original item.
Please describe the issue along with photos or videos as evidence. Once our after-sales team reviews and approves your request, we will arrange to ship a new replacement product to you directly.
⚠️ Note: Free replacements do not apply to issues caused by personal preference, incorrect model selection, accidental misuse, or human damage. Smart hardware products must be compatible with your actual installation and usage environment. Please carefully review the product details before placing your order.
Customized products (e.g., special-function smart hardware) or items that have been installed or altered (e.g., smart door locks) may not be eligible for return or refund unless defective. Eligibility is subject to case-by-case assessment.
2. Warranty:
- We provide a limited warranty for all Products ranging from 12 months (see specific product pages for details). Defects caused by non-human factors within the warranty period may be repaired or replaced free of charge (proof of purchase required).
- Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or after the warranty period may be eligible for paid repair services (fees will be quoted based on assessment).
6. Intellectual Property & Content Use
