FAQs

No, you don't. As long as your phone has an internet connection, you will receive a push notification for incoming calls even if the app is running in the background, similar to a WeChat voice call. You can then answer to start video talk and unlock the door remotely.

Yes, it can. The station employs a professional wide dynamic range (WDR) algorithm and adaptive infrared fill light, specifically optimized for clear imaging in strong backlight, harsh lighting, and dark environments to ensure reliable identification.

Rest assured, it's highly unlikely. The product is equipped with "liveness detection." It uses dual cameras to detect live features like blood flow and micro-movements, effectively distinguishing a real person from photos or videos on a screen to prevent spoofing.

Usually not. The system supports recognition while wearing masks and glasses with high accuracy. However, for the best first-time recognition success rate, we recommend registering your facial information while wearing your usual accessories.

The device can store up to 20,000 facial IDs, sufficient for a large community. For temporary guests, you can generate a time-limited password via the mobile app and send it to them. This is both secure and convenient.
